Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Shipping
- We provide delivery across the UAE within 1-2 days.
- International shipping is available worldwide within 5–7 business days.
- Delivery charges are included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
- Orders delivered to Western Areas will incur an additional 20 AED surcharge.
Order Inspection & Acceptance
- Customers are allowed to inspect their items upon delivery before payment.
- Once the item is inspected and accepted, the order is considered final and confirmed.
- If the customer chooses to cancel the order after inspection, a 25 AED delivery fee will be charged.
Return Policy
- We maintain a strict no return policy.
- Under no circumstances will returns be accepted once the order has been delivered and inspected.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
- Delivery charges apply for all exchange requests and must be paid by the customer.
- If the exchange is due to an error on our side (wrong item, defect, or incorrect size sent), the exchange will be processed free of charge.
General Conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- By completing a purchase, the customer confirms acceptance of this policy.
